This will be the 5th year (for Glyn and Chris Reader and 4th for me) of running the Birmingham half marathon in memory of Chris Cox, a chance to honour all the runs he did for charity and to raise a glass in his memory! It's hard to believe it's the fifth year but that massive smile of his is never forgotten!
